Service Availability: pepsi88 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. pepsi88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
pepsi88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, money laundering, underage use, or any other activity that pepsi88 deems contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pepsi88 will process any outstanding verified balance (net of pending wagering requirements) within five (5) business days. Upon closure — whether initiated by pepsi88 or the Player — all Bonus Funds, pending promotional credits, and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in Section 5.
